| PROPOSITION 50 - ROUND 2 IMPLEMENTATION GRANT
Grant Funding Awarded:
DWR and SWRCB received 28 applications for Step 1 of Round 2 grant funding by August 1, 2007. After performing a completeness and eligibility review per Round 2 Guidelines, 17 applications were determined to be complete and eligible for review [PDF] (22 KB). Nine applicants were called back to submit their grant proposals for Round 2 Step 2 [PDF] (9 KB).

Funding: Round 2 Implementation Grants are provided to grant
recipients to implement projects that meet the requirements of these guidelines and the California
Water Code § 79560 et seq. Eligibility requirements are contained in Section III of the IRWM Grant
Program Guidelines. Approximately $51.8 million is available in the second round of funding.
The maximum grant amount is $25 million.
Due Date: Round 2 Implementation Grant, Step 1 applications were submitted by August 1, 2007. Step 2 applications were submitted to the State Water
Board via FAAST by 5:00 p.m. on January 28, 2008.
