Agreement Term: Summer 2006 to June 2009

Purpose: Projects funded under this solicitation must demonstrate contributions toward attainment of one or more of the four interrelated CALFED Bay-Delta Program Objectives.

Emphasis: The emphasis for this grant cycle is for projects that increase local capacity to engage in watershed management through watershed assessment and planning, capacity building for community-based watershed management and implementation of projects that are identified in a Watershed Plan.
